Influenced by flavors from cultures around the world, our cooking is ever evolving and intentionally not tied to a single origin or style. Menus rotate regularly to reflect what’s in season and available from our local producers. We cook without sunflower or industrial seed oils, feature locally sourced, cast-and-reel–caught seafood, and work closely with farmers and purveyors who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
